Cancellation Policy – How It Works

We totally get it—sometimes things change! Whether you're subscribed month-to-month or committed to a 3, 6, or 12-month plan, here's everything you need to know about cancelling your MyIrelandBox subscription.

💚 Monthly Plan (No Commitment)
You can cancel anytime—no hard feelings!
Just make sure to cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next box.
If you cancel after you're billed, you'll still receive that month's box, and your cancellation will take effect the following month.

📦 3, 6, or 12-Month Commitment Plans (Pay Monthly)
These plans come with a commitment—you're signing up to receive a box each month for the full term (3, 6, or 12 months).
You’re charged once a month, but cancellations can only take effect after your commitment period ends.
After your plan ends, it will auto-renew as a monthly plan. Want to stop it from renewing? Just cancel before your final billing date!

🛑 How to Cancel
Log in to your account and go to “Manage Subscription.”
Click “Cancel” and follow the steps. It only takes a minute!
We’ll send you a confirmation email so you know it’s all sorted.

❌ Refunds
We don’t offer refunds for boxes that are already billed or shipped.
If something doesn’t look right or you were charged in error, reach out to us within 7 days—we’re here to help!
