I cancelled my subscription and yet 2 payments of $60 were just taken from my credit card!

This is a seriously shady company!! Do you have the Better Business Bureau over there?? I hope so, because I want to register a complaint, and all the other people that have been trying to get your assistance would likely want to, as well.
PLEASE ANSWER MY REQUEST. BY A REAL PERSON, PLEASE!
